Designed to measure tensile strength & elongation of plastic, rubber and metal materials. Specially our machines are used for testing of insulation and sheathing material and Aluminum and copper wires in cable industries.
Thanks to latest improvements, these models use load cell to measure tensile strength & optic technique to determine elongation.
Technical Features:
TE – 100) Max force 0-100 kgf , with 0.01 kgf accuracy.
TE – 500) Max force 0-500 kgf , with 0.1 kgf accuracy.
Elongation: 0-600 mm , 1 mm accuracy.
Gripping device speed: 10-400 mm/min.
Automatic record of measured figures and keeping in the memory for do not monitoring deviations during measurement (MAXIMETRY) and do not lose the figures after breaking of the sample.
Possibility to connect to PC to have curves and graphs of force and elongation in every time & save or print them (optional).
